Hi - I recently purchased a new C30 at the North Vancouver JP Volvo. I must tell you that the service I received was absolutely outstanding. My sales agent Gordon Ray was a gem - walked me through everything with ease. He is a lovely gentleman who did not pressure, but graciously assisted me with my choice. It should also be noted that both Joseph, the general manager and Reza, leasing expert extordinare were both awesome also. They patiently answered my questions/concerns and made the overall experience fabulous. Mr Pattison you should be proud to have such wonderful associates. As a business owner myself it is a treat to deal with sales people that have a passion for what they do & the knowledge to back it up. Way to go Gordon, Reza & Joseph. The best J.P. I was in having my volvo serviced and began wandering through the lot checking out used cars. I came across a car i liked and began an outside inspection of the vehicle when an sales man came to greet me. His name was Gordon Ray. Gordon was instantly warm and accommodating and asked what cars interested me. Nothing was too much trouble for Gordon and we test drove the two cars I liked. There was no pressure just a genuine intention to please. A really great car experience that turned out to be a win for us both. Gary
I recently purchased a S60 T6 from Volvo North Vancouver and from the moment I stepped foot on the lot it was a very pleasant and easy experience. Gordon Ray introduced himself and asked if I had any questions but at no time was he pushy and he even let me leave to look at other cars. Gordon was very professional and was a big reason why I came back to Volvo and ended up buying my car. He was always available by phone and email for any questions I had. I will definitely be recommending Volvo and Gordon to my friends and family. Thanks for a great experience Gordon, I'm loving my Volvo!
