Marc has been involved in the retail automotive industry for 35 years. Starting out as a lot attendant, Marc progressed through all departments in a dealership. He is passionate about customer satisfaction as he knows it is the cornerstone of any business. His interests outside of work include, travel, hiking and outdoor sports. He also enjoys learning about other business models and the people who guide them.

Ted has been a resident of North Vancouver since 1977 and has an extensive background in automotive sales, including eight years as a District Sales Manager. Ted joined the team at Jim Pattision Volvo of North Vancouver in 2002. In 2011, Ted's took on an additional role as the European Delivery Specialist for the Jim Pattison Volvo Group.

Ryan has worked with the Jim Pattison Auto Group ever since moving to BC in 2007. Originally from Ottawa, he started his career as detailer and worked his way to Toronto where he spent 10 years in the industry. He is trained on multiple manufacturers and has worked in almost every facet of the industry bringing him a wealth of knowledge about cars, finance, warranties, and how to ensure customer satisfaction. He continues to dedicate his efforts to the Auto Group and looks forward to growing within our organization. In his spare time he can be found in his garage working on one of his cars or at Mission Raceway as a true enthusiast of automobiles. Sadly, Ryan is a Leaf's fan, and we all feel for him.

Sunny has been involved in the automotive industry for the past 13 years. He started out in the sales department and eventually worked his way up to Finance Manger and Sales Manager. When he is not at work, Sunny enjoys travelling hiking, biking, and getting out on the green to play a little cricket every summer. Born in India, Sunny came to Canada in 1996 with his family, and now lives with his wife and 3 children.

Lynn came to Canada in 1996 from South Africa. She has enjoyed working in the automotive industry, and has been with the Jim Pattison Auto Group since January 2001. In her spare time, Lynn enjoys reading and travelling the world with her family.

Clint Thornton was born and raised in North Vancouver. He started in the automotive industry at an early age and quickly moved from a lot position into the service counter. Over the past 10 years, Clint has quickly moved through the service department and joined Jim Pattison Volvo of North Vancouver October 1st of 2012. Clint also spends lots of his time away from work volunteering in the community, especially coaching hockey in the BCMML. He has coached the past 10 years in the community and dedicates much of his free time to the sport. He brings years of customer service excellence and is dedicated to continuing the success of the dealership. He is very pleased to be welcomed into the Jim Pattison Auto Group and happy to join the Volvo brand.
